At GetMeZen, our goal is to get your waffles and wellness products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–6 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Perishable & Food Products Disclaimer
Zen Kitchen products are food or perishable items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
• We ship products in fresh, sealed packaging
• Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider
• We are not liable for spoilage due to delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package when it arrives.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to:
• United States only
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at support@getmezen.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier before contacting us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Zen Kitchen is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Reshipment fees may apply.
Returns Related to Shipping
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns of opened or perishable items.
